Persons who are not in suspect classes have a first amendment right to identify themselves as they wish.聽 So even though poverty is not a suspect class, I can say online that I am poor.聽 I inform people that I am blind (I am not), which is not a suspect class.聽 Same with my preferred gender.聽 I can identify on line as I wish.
