Streamlined Research Security Training for 2026-2027
To support our research community and ensure alignment with federal mandates, the UMB Research Security team will transition to the National Science Foundation (NSF) Research Security Training for the 2026-2027 year.
The NSF Consolidated Training combines and condenses four hours of content into a single, one-hour streamlined course and includes UMB-specific information. The transition to the NSF curriculum will provide a more efficient experience while maintaining full compliance.
The training will be hosted in Percipio. Covered Individuals and Senior/Key Personnel will receive assignments to complete the training via automated emails from Percipio. Campus announcements with further information and details will be provided in the upcoming weeks.
