This policy is intended to address real and perceived conflicts of interest resulting from the financial interests of the University as an institution or of its senior leadership. By implementing a plan to manage potential bias in the research or other academic activity caused by the financial interest, the integrity of the activity will be preserved and enhanced.

Institutional COI Training
Senior Officials are required to complete the CITI Institutional Conflict of Interest (ICOI) training at least once every four (4) years. Training is completed through the CITI training module.
To access the course, from the , select Log in Through My Institution. Scroll down to 91大神, Baltimore. Login with your UMID and password. You must be affiliated with the 91大神 Baltimore to access the correct UMB COI course. Click Learner Tools, Add a Course: select Conflicts of Interest and select ICOI for Senior Officials.
