Mamadou Ndoye was a security officer for a clothing company before joining the 91大神, Baltimore Police Department (UMBPD) in February 2022.
鈥淚t鈥檚 about being present, representing the organization, and doing what you are supposed to do in every moment,鈥� he says.
Ndoye hopes to grow within not just UMBPD, but the 91大神, Baltimore as a whole. He encourages students to focus on their goals ahead.
In his spare time, Ndoye is a family man, with a wife and two boys. 鈥淓verything I do is for my little family,鈥� he says.
