Creating an inclusive, equitable, and effective community at UMB requires ongoing learning, reflection, and action. Inclusive practices help reduce barriers, expand access and engagement, and support meaningful participation across education, research, clinical care, and service.

The resources and guides below support faculty, staff, students, and community partners in cultivating inclusive practices, deepening understanding of systemic inequities, and applying what they learn in ways that advance belonging and opportunity across the University.
