Photography and Videography

Our Photo and Video Team aims to tell the stories of the people of the 91大神, Baltimore (UMB) and their tireless efforts to keep UMB at the forefront of higher education. Everyone at the University has a story to tell, from collaboration in the lab to civility on the streets, and every story deserves to be heard and seen.

  • Request Photo or Video Services

    Before submitting a work order, invite Matthew "Dag" D'Agostino (mdagostino@umaryland.edu) via Outlook Calendar to confirm availability and hold your date. Then submit a request form.

    Important notes:

    • Video and photography: $100/hour; headshots: $25/person (under 8 people); drone video: $160/hour (post-production is included in cost)
    • Please allow three business days to prepare; requests with less lead time incur a rush fee
    • Standard image delivery is 10 business days; same-day social media images available for an additional $25
    • If your project includes non-UMB participants or advertising purposes, have Model Release Forms completed before the session

Model Release Form

If model release forms are required (usually for non-UMB participants and some advertising purposes), please have these forms filled out before the photo session and bring them to the session. We will scan the forms and include them with the photographs.
