Key Definitions
Big P project: Any program or initiative that involves stakeholders external to the A&F unit or division that is managing it. Includes enterprise-level initiatives.
Change Management Resource: Typically a member of Change Management Advisory Services (CMAS) who provides counsel on the development of the communication / engagement / socialization plan.
Executive Champion/Sponsor: Member of the Senior Leadership Team.
Initiative: Any big P or small P project for which shared information would be beneficial to individuals external to the division or unit executing it.
Little p project: Any program or initiative that involve stakeholders internal to the A&F unit or division that is managing it.
Project/project manager: The individual responsible for the implementation and/or oversight of a program or initiative. May or may not be involved in the development of that program or initiative.

It is used to define project scope, roles, timelines, and required approvals, and to ensure consistent planning, communication, and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
